| Astrobox for
storage of 8" Orion Optics Europa 200 f/6 telescope The telescope is an expensive piece of optics, so it deserves respectable storage. It is very sensitive to dust. So I decided to design special box for telescope and gave it to manufacture to our furniture manufacturer. Notice special ledges around doors which inhibit penetration of dust into the box. Telescope is settled in homemade stand. Both box and bottom drawer are equipped by locks (child protection). Click the images to enlarge them.
